  • Sleep tight

  • Cut back on stress
    A stressed-out body is the perfect breeding ground for a host of illnesses. However, in this day of cut-throat competition, stress is often inevitable. Take some time out to relax, unwind, and engage in meditation and other relaxation techniques. Yoga can be beneficial to keep stress levels in check.
