Policyholder servicing turnaround times are as follows:

Proposals related written communication with customers w.r.t underwriting decisions/ additional requirements. 21 days The Date of receipt of the complete proposal or the receipt date of the additional requirement called for, whichever's later.
Customer to be provided with copy of accepted proposal form/ policy docket 7 days Acceptance Date of the Proposal
Refund processing post cancellation of proposal 14 days Decision Date of the case /date of receipt of last required document or set of additional documents/ Receipt date of cancellation request, whichever is later
Refund processing for free look cancellations, surrender, withdrawal of proposal, refund of excess deposits w.r.t excess premium payment. 14 days Receipt Date of request/ Date on which the last requied document has been received, whichever is later
Written acknowledgment of grievance 7 days Receipt Date of Grievance
Grievance Resolution 14 days Receipt Date of Grievance
KYC and AML compliance N.A PAN Card is required for premium payments above INR 50,000
